Shipping policy: Free domestic shipping: Within U.S., orders are shipped for free via USPS mail service with tracking and delivery confirmation. Express mail options are available for additional cost at checkout.

International shipping: International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail International and Global Express, at standard rates, with tracking and delivery confirmation.

All orders are processed the next business day after order submission. If your jewelry is made to order, we require 4-7 business days to manufacture custom items before shipping.

Orders will ship immediately for most items, allow 4-7 business days for custom items. We do not ship Sundays, or holidays.Your order will be shipped USPS Ground unless you select an alternative method. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within the time listed of the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Liability of the package is transferred to the USPS once the package has been shipped. Seth Papac jewelry is not responsible for tardy deliveries due to delays caused by USPS or International customs office. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the address provided is correct and that an individual is present to sign upon delivery. Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect address or unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer.

Non-Optional Delivery Confirmation: All jewelry shipments require a signature upon receipt. Please provide an accurate address where someone is readily available to receive your package. NO SHIPMENTS WILL BE DROPPED OFF WITHOUT SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION.

Returns and Repairs: Your satisfaction is very important. All Seth Papac jewelry is crafted by hand. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, please follow the instructions below. Any purchases made online must be returned directly to Seth Papac Jewelry, and not to retail stores or galleries. We are unable to accept returns for any items bought in store or in gallery. We will accept returns postmarked within 14 days of receiving shipment for credit only, less shipping costs. We do not accept returns after 14 days. All sales are FINAL on customized and discounted-sale items.

For all repair inquiries, please email repairs@sethpapacjewelry.com. We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 6 months after purchase date. Seth Papac Jewelry reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

Returns and Repairs - Shipping: To return merchandise please send all items to Seth Papac Jewelry, 3505 Reynard Way, #32, San Diego, CA 92103. For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.

Privacy: Seth Papac jewelry is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information you provide during newsletter signup or checkout is used to process your orders or to contact you regarding a particular transaction. All financial information is gathered securely and encrypted. Seth Papac jewelry is the keeper of the information collected on this site, and guarantees your information will not be disclosed to any outside organization or third party. All gathered information is treated seriously and with full respect to your privacy. We may use your contact information to tell you about new work, offers, events, or special promotions. If you do not wish to receive such communications, you may remove yourself from the mailing list by unsubscribing.

Jewelry Care: As a general rule of thumb, avoid wearing your jewelry in the shower, when sleeping, or when exercising. Depending on your skin, brass jewelry may either brighten or acquire a darker, antique patina with repeated wear. While we love the way this looks, you may not. The copper  and some sterling silver used in our pieces is darkened with patina; natural wear and tear will bring out slight metal highlights.
